REV (YOUTH) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Maternity Leave)
Want to be part of a vibrant, growing ministry? We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our REV Youth Ministry team at our Langley campus. This is a maternity leave coverage starting in late September/early October and will last up to one year. Training will start in late September 2019.
This role will be between 20 and 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include general office administration, scheduling, assistance in event planning and other duties as required. The candidate will provide administrative support to our Rev Ministry team. This individual will have good organizational skills and be a natural fit with customer service roles. A heart for youth, as well as the vision and values of CLA Rev / Youth Ministry is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.
Qualifications: Completion of Grade 12. Minimum six (6) months of office experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training. Computer knowledge, administration courses or ministry experience would be an asset. First Aid Certificate and Food Safe Certificate would be an asset.
