ALPHA

Alpha is for people who want to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed setting, learn more about Christianity and enjoy a good dinner at the same time.  The Alpha Course consists of a series of discussions looking at topics such as "Who is Jesus?" and "Why and how do I pray?" After each talk we divide into small groups for a time of discussion.

This free course is held Tuesday evenings for 11 weeks. Each evening includes a hot supper, a multi media presentation and small group discussions.

Alpha 2 is for everyone new to Christianity.  This free course will teach you about your new life and journey in Christ. Some topics covered in Alpha 2 are: A New Heart, A New Purpose, A New Attitude, A New Friendship.  This 9 week course is held Tuesday evenings and includes dinner, a media presentation and small group discussion. The next Alpha 2 course will be held in the fall. (Prerequisite: Alpha 1)

Alpha 3 is a discipleship series designed to help you grow in your love for God and for others through bible study, sharing and prayer.

Most Christians today would like to experience abundant fruitfulness in their walk with Christ but don't know where to begin. God desires for each Christian to experience a dynamic, fruitful and supernatural life.

Who is Alpha 3 for? For someone who wants to learn how to live the Christian life by God's power, how to develop your personal devotional life and how to love others with God's love.

This course will run again in the fall.  Each evening includes a warm dinner, multi-media presentation and small group discussions.

The Alpha for English Speakers of Other Languages course is for those new to English who want to explore the Christian faith.  It's relaxed, non-threatening, low key, friendly and explained simply.

The Alpha course consists of a series of talks looking at topics such as "Who is Jesus?" and "Why and how do I pray?"  After each talk we divide into small groups for a time of discussion.

This course starts will run again in the fall. Each evening includes a hot supper, live presentation and small group discussions.
