You can do more than pray after you have prayed; but you can never do more than pray until you have prayed.
A Note from Pastor Derrick:
Sunday we begin with a great January tradition, our Week of Prayer and Worship. You may not think of yourself as someone who “normally” attends “prayer meetings”. I want to invite YOU. Young and old. Developed and developing. Those who have attended and those who have never attended. Sunday night we’ll gather in our new Conference Hall for worship and prayer. The prayer times will move through a variety of requests and types of prayer. There will be some time for you to read a Scripture and pray on your own AND there will be a few opportunities to listen and share in a small group. The hour will move quickly, you may be surprised. This year, something new. We’re ending our prayer and worship times with fellowship. Sunday night there will be an opportunity to sit at a table, share a drink and eat some snacks. Come give it a try, join us in the Conference Hall for Sunday and then nightly (Monday to Friday) in the auditorium followed by fellowship in the café.
