Beautiful sister in Christ. It is with so much joy and anticipation that I welcome you to the 2025 Fall Season of HER Church! What an incredible gift it is to gather as women from every generation to worship Jesus, grow in our faith, and cheer one another on. My prayer is that this season deepens your love for Him and awakens bold faith within you.
There’s something truly special about a community of women gathering each week for friendship, worship, and Christ-centered teaching. On Wednesday mornings, I often find myself standing at the back of the room just soaking it all in. Women from five generations and every walk of life—grandmothers, brand-new moms, professionals, students—come together. For those couple of hours, the labels and titles fade away. Around tables with coffee in hand (and sometimes a baby or two on a hip), women laugh, pray, and open God’s Word together. It’s beautiful, and it moves me every time.
I think that’s because every woman longs for a place to belong. And in a church the size of CLA, it’s easy to be surrounded and still feel alone. That’s why my prayer for this season is that every woman who walks through the doors—whether on a Wednesday morning at Mornings with Her or a Monday evening at Bible Study Fellowship—feels welcomed, seen, and reminded that she is not alone.
But belonging is just the beginning. As sisters in Christ, we share one purpose: to know Jesus and to make His name known. That’s it. That’s our calling. But how it looks will change depending on the season of life. For some, that might mean caring for little ones. For others, starting a new job, serving a neighbor, or stepping into retirement. Whatever season you’re in, God is calling you to walk in the gifts He’s given you, to let go of self-doubt, and to live with bold faith.
And here’s the best part—you don’t have to do it alone. Hebrews 12:1-2 reminds us: “Let us run with endurance the race God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith.” My prayer is that together we would run with endurance, live faith-filled lives, and cheer one another on as we fix our eyes on Him.
So here’s your invitation: Mornings with Her kicks off Wednesday, September 17th at 9:15am in the Conference Hall. With five fantastic classes—including one just for moms—plus free childcare and discipleship programs for kids, there’s a place for everyone. And on Monday nights at 7pm, our partnership with BSF continues with an in-depth Bible study.
So let’s go, sisters. Join us this fall! Let’s lean into Him, listen for His voice, and let our lives reflect the goodness of the One we follow.
