REV NOTCAMP

This year, Rev Camp is not happening... But Notcamp is.

We're convinced that Notcamp is the 2nd best option to Rev Camp. Camp is great because we go after creating space for young people to encounter friendships, and to encounter Jesus, and while we can't go to camp, we can go after the same value of creating space. And while Notcamp is not Camp, we're going to make sure Notcamp is the best 3 nights of your Summer.

· Middle School (Going into Grades 6-8): August 10-12, 6 – 9:30 PM - register here
· High School (Going into Grades 9-12): August 17-19, 6 – 9:30 PM - register here

STEP UP FOR KIDS | BUS MINISTRY FUNDRAISER

This is a great family event for a great cause! Choose either the Grouse Grind (Saturday, August 15) or a 6km walk (Sunday, August 16) Fort-to-Fort Trail in Fort Langley, followed by a BBQ. Or do both! All proceeds go to fund summer outreach events.

To participate: minimum $25 donation per person, which covers either or both days of the event. For additional details and to register, visit www.clachurch.com/bus

JOIN A CLA WATCH PARTY

We can’t be together like we used to, but now you can still connect in person with our CLA family on Sundays by joining or starting a “Watch Party”! Watch Parties are an opportunity to meet in-person with a small group to watch Church Online, build community, and encourage each other. If you are interested in starting a watch party, we say “go for it!!”, but here are a few guidelines to keep in mind set out by the BC Government:

• Encouraging people to stay home if they’re feeling symptoms
• Wash / sanitize hands and surfaces frequently
• Respect Physical distancing and create a safe environment
• Keep a list of who attended your Watch Party

We can’t wait to hear the amazing stories from your Watch Parties. Make it memorable by posting pics to your social media accounts and by tagging @clachurch with the hashtag #CLAwatchparty.
