Are you someone with a passion for Youth Ministry, and a desire to reach and disciple High School students? Do you work well with a team? We are seeking to hire a part time High School Pastor for our Youth Ministry at our Langley campus. This staff member will give oversight to the details of our High School ministry including responsibilities such as, organizing weekly gatherings, training leaders, and partnering with parents/families.  Public communication skills is an asset for this role, as well as a posture that desires to shepherd and love people well. This position will consist of 20 hours/week, and directly report to our Next Gen Pastor.

Help facilitate a weekly gathering of young adults from Langley and throughout the Lower Mainland of BC. Help young adults grow in their faith and spiritual disciplines. Assist in raising up young adult leaders, and lead them as they work together as a leadership team. Be available to lead short-term missions trips. Christian Life Assembly (CLA) is currently seeking a Young Adults Pastor at our Langley campus. This is a full time pastoral position beginning in January 2020. Responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic vision for the effective operation of the Young Adult ministry and Training Collective (School of Ministry) in conjunction with the overall vision of CLA. This individual must have good organizational skills and be a leader-developer of a team of volunteer young adult pastors and leaders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.   

Qualifications:  Completion of an accredited theological/pastoral degree. Hold or be able to secure credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Minimum five (5) years of full time pastoral experience, preferably in youth and/or young adults.
