This is a 3-days-a-week (21 hours per week) position
Salary Range: $22,200 – $25,200 per year

Job Purpose:
To support Grow and Missions Ministries with administrative tasks.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Administration

  • Communicate in a respectful and welcoming manner, providing direction as needed.
  • Assist the Executive Pastor (GROW) with scheduling, planning, and coordinating as required.
  • Coordinate PCO room bookings and registrations; resolve booking conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Perform basic accounting functions including invoices, expense reports, purchases, and cash handling.
  • Purchase office supplies and event items as required.
  • Attend and participate in monthly Administrative meetings.
  • Attend and take minutes at MLT meetings.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Discipleship & Leadership Development – Classes & Events

  • Assist with Alpha class/event administration (PCO, registration, classroom bins, attendance, preparing/ordering materials, processing evaluations).
  • Communicate with staff and volunteers as required.

Life Groups

  • Assist in coordinating meetings with potential and existing Life Group leaders.
  • Provide PCO Group training for new (and when needed, existing) Life Group leaders.
  • Respond to Life Group inquiries in a timely manner; ensure Life Group leaders connect with interested individuals.
  • Assist in bookings and administration for Life Group events (e.g., Leadership Luncheons).

Missions & Events

  • Assist the Go Pastor with missions-related administrative tasks (partner/project spreadsheets, mailouts, funding requests).
  • Request missions funds for global workers/projects as required.
  • Attend and take minutes at MLT and Mission Lead Team meetings.
  • Support Missions Lead Team with STM and other related duties.
  • Provide oversight for Missions Month events and other events as required.

Qualifications

Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by computer knowledge, clerical and/or business coursework. Minimum of 2 years related administrative and/or clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
