We are looking for an energetic individual to join the Worship team at Langley Campus. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week). Responsibilities include assisting the Associate Pastor (Gather) by facilitating a climate of worship primarily during the Sunday morning gatherings.
Key functions involve assisting with the planning of services, coordinating volunteers in the worship department, and resourcing and scheduling key services and events.
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, lead and work with teams, handle multiple tasks, have good written and verbal communications skills, problem-solve, as well as understand music arrangement, vocals, songwriting and recording, and appreciate and maintain a broad range of music styles.
Preference may be given to applicants with Bible school and musical training, who also have proven experience in leadership, supervision, and budget management.

Qualifications:
Degree preferably in theology with major in music. Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, education and/or training. Ability to play various musical instruments. Previous leadership, supervisory and budget experience.
