Cadre is designed to give students comprehensive leadership training and the opportunity to grow one’s leadership within local church ministry.
In depth, hands on, and relational.
Students will be given opportunities to gain hands-on ministry experience working alongside CLA’s team and lay leaders to better equip them for future ministry leadership. This program is designed to help develop and deepen students’ discipleship of Jesus through intentional one-on-one mentorship, practical leadership training, and relational cadre cohorts designed to foster deeper integration between ministry and practice.
Cadre is anchored around several large group gatherings per semester that tackle key pastoral formation areas, with discussions and collaboration to help contextualize critical themes in your world as you pursue ministry.
