Our desire is to intentionally disciple children with an emphasis on experiencing the presence of God.
Through child centred programming in worship and word, we want to help children grow as followers of Jesus. It's also our desire to equip and empower parents to be the primary spiritual influence in their child's life.
Age Groups.
Nursery
In the Nursery, your infants age 0-2 are given their first introduction to the church and our team love to show the love of Jesus.
Preschool
Your preschooler (2-4) will have the opportunity to learn through play, worship, Bible stories, games, and crafts geared towards their age group.
Elementary
Kindergartners have their separate classroom, and for those grades 1-5 there is both a large group and a small group experience. Both spaces incorporate games, worship, Bible stories, and activities.
Child check-in is available at the Kids Ministry area before each service. Our team will be happy to help you find the appropriate check-in location when you arrive.
My child has an allergy or other medical concerns. How can I inform the Kids Team?
Your child’s safety is of utmost importance! When you check your child in, please speak with the Kids Pastor or Kids Desk Team member. All snacks provided during our Sunday programs are nut-free.
Who is caring for my child?
All CLA kids volunteers and staff complete a criminal record check prior to serving, and take our CLA Kids Care and Protection Plan Training. When your child is checked in the parent and/or guardian receives a corresponding security tag required for pick up after the service.
